Aaron Virgin offers a clear, informed, and customer-focused approach to real estate, shaped by his own experience living and working on the Suncoast. A resident of Mallory Park in Lakewood Ranch since 2020, he understands the appeal of the region’s coastal lifestyle, outdoor amenities, and relaxed sense of community.
Born in Indianapolis and raised in upstate New York, Aaron lived in Westhampton, NY, before moving to Florida. He holds a master’s degree in Wildlife Management—a background that sharpened his communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life. Before entering real estate, he led environmental nonprofit organizations in Sarasota and on Long Island.
Aaron is also deeply rooted in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Audubon Society, chairs the Mallory Park Pond Committee, and is involved with the Rotary Club, American Bird Conservancy, and Lakewood Ranch Little League. These connections keep him informed and plugged into the area, allowing him to share valuable insight with customers.
Hardworking, straightforward, and open-minded, Aaron prioritizes clear communication from the first conversation to the closing table. His goal is simple: understand what clients need, communicate honestly, and deliver a smooth, efficient experience without unnecessary pressure or overpromising.
Away from work, Aaron makes the most of the region’s natural beauty. He enjoys birding, boating, fishing, camping, golfing, and exploring the outdoors, along with catching live music or settling in with a good book.
He looks forward to helping people find the home and lifestyle that suit them best—whether they’re new to the area or moving within the community.
